왜 이 부분을 미리 말씀드리는가Why we say that up front

전자폐기물 수출은 2025년 1월 바젤협약 개정으로 비유해성 품목까지 사전통보승인(PIC) 대상이 되었습니다. 수출국·경유국·수입국 정부 간 서면 동의가 필요하므로, 기판류는 애초에 국내에서 처리하는 것이 맞습니다. 선적 후에 막히는 것보다 계약 전에 아는 편이 낫습니다.The January 2025 Basel amendments brought all e-waste, hazardous or not, under prior informed consent — written government-to-government agreement from export, transit and import countries. Boards therefore belong in the domestic chain. Better to know that before the contract than after the container is at the terminal.
